    How to save your progress:

    1. Go to your Redecor Profile
    2. Click on Settings
    3. Under your Account section, choose “Save your progress”
    4. Click on “Connect & Play” and choose how to connect to Redecor (Facebook, Google account and so on)
    5. If this is your first time connecting this account to the Redecor user, a confirmation pop up from the chosen platform will be shown

    How to connect with another account:

    1. Go to your Redecor Profile
    2. Click on Settings
    3. Under your Account section, choose “Connect with a different account”
    4. Click on “Connect & Play” and choose how to connect to Redecor (Facebook, Google account and so on)
    5. If this is your first time connecting this account to the Redecor user, a confirmation pop up from the chosen platform will be shown
    6. If the user you’re trying to connect with is already connected to a different Redecor account, you will get an “existing account found” pop up, and you can choose to log in to that account

    How to Log Out:

    1. Go to your Redecor Profile
    2. Click on Settings
    3. Under your Account section, you’ll find the “Logout” button next to your preferred login method.
    4. Click on the log out
    5. You’ll be prompted by a confirmation pop up. Once you’ve confirmed you’ll be directed to the app login screen.

    Can I go back to playing as a guest through the app?

    Once you are logged out, you can either sign in with your preferred method or click “play as guest” which will bring you to the same user you have played through in the last session. There is no option through the app to play as a guest once your user has been logged in previously.

    Does connecting my Redecor user to a chosen platform mean losing all my progress?

    If the new platform you are entering has never been connected before to a Redecor user, the new account you are adding will be attached to the existing user. You will have all of your progress in this existing user saved!

    What happens if the Google account, Apple account or Facebook is connected to a previous Redecor user?

    If the entered account was previously connected to a different Redecor user, the app will switch you to that user. In this case, you won’t be able to merge the data from the old user to the new one you’ve been playing through.

    Is it possible to sync Redecor on multiple devices?

    We don't want you to lose your Redecor progress, so we strongly recommend you save your progress.

    To do that, go to your profile tab in the game (the right bottom tab), press on the ⚙️ icon (settings), and view the "Account" section.

    Redecor will be synced on all of your Apple iOS devices if you are using the same Apple or Game Center account. You can also sync the game on multiple devices by connecting through Facebook and Google.

    How do I update my profile name and picture?

    You can update your profile information by following these instructions:

    1. Tap on the profile icon.
    2. Tap on the ⚙️ icon. You can find it in the top left corner of your screen.
    3. It costs 10 Tokens to make updates to your profile

    To edit your name: tap right under the "Player Name" headline.

    To edit your profile picture: tap on the picture with the pencil icon.

    Can I transfer my account to someone else? Can I gift currencies or items to another player?

    At the moment, it is not possible to transfer your account or its content to someone else. Also, it’s not technically possible to gift currencies or rewards to another player or merge two separate accounts together.

    How do I permanently delete my account?

    If you would like your Redecor account and its information for privacy reasons, we’re following the GDPR policy. After deletion, your data (purchases included) can’t be restored by anyone ever again, and there is no way to retrieve your account or any information it contains.

    For these account deletion requests, please contact us through the app.

    In addition, for iOS users, there is a direct link from the App settings.
    To delete your account, go to: Settings -> About Us -> Delete my Account

    The deletion request will be sent to customer service and can take up to 30 days.

    All your personal data (purchases included) can’t be restored by anyone ever again after this process is complete.
