Only new Hearts you earn will be counted.
That means that if your Design got a single Heart, and then you redesigned it and still only got 1 Heart - no Hearts will be added to your Milestone bar. But if you Redesign and get 2 Hearts in total, only 1 new Heart will be added to your Milestone. If you get 3 Hearts, then 2 will be added to your Milestone.
3 Hearts is the highest you can go! A perfect score.
The Design Journal is a feature in Redecor that offers a new way to play. The Journal features Pages, with each Page holding up to 20 Designs centered around specific styles or themes. Complete Designs, flip through the Pages, and fill in your Design Journal!
You can find all the Designs you've created, both in the Design Journal and the Live Designs, in your profile. In the Live Designs, Designs are sorted based on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place rankings, while in the Design Journal, they are organized by the number of Hearts received.
Yes, 3 Hearts, the maximum score for a Design published in the Design Journal, are considered a Win and contribute to your Designer Status progression.
Yes, Designs published in the Design Journal contribute to your Season Pass progression by earning you XP.
Skilled Designs are special challenges within Redecor that offer you the opportunity to showcase your creativity. These Designs are marked by a purple crown ribbon. In Skilled Designs, a preselected Item is already placed in the room for you to work with. Our talented Redecor artists have carefully chosen this Item to beautifully complement the room's design. This preselected Item comes with the room and won’t cost any game currency. Your task is to complete the remaining hotspots by adding your personal touch.
When you reach a Voting Milestone (every few Designs), you can vote for other Designs within your own Page. Voting provides you with inspiration from other Redecorators and helps you earn three Hearts upon completing the voting process.
Yes, you can redesign your Designs in the Design Journal as much as you want until you receive the maximum of three Hearts. Once you reach three Hearts for a design, you can no longer make further changes to it. You can also go back to previous Pages whenever you want and continue to redesign them to get the maximum score.
Hearts play a significant role in earning rewards in the Design Journal. Each Page in the Journal has its own progress bar that fills up as you accumulate Hearts. These Hearts unlock special prizes known as Page Milestones, with rewards becoming more substantial as you progress through the Pages.
Designs in the Design Journal are rated using Heart stickers. Each Design can earn up to three Hearts based on the number of votes it receives from other Redecorators. The more Hearts you collect, the more recognition your Design receives.
Journal Items are beautifully crafted design items that are yours to keep and use anywhere on Redecor. Whether in the Live Design or the Design Journal, these exclusive items become part of your inventory. They can also help you complete your favorite Collections within Redecor.
No, the Design Journal is all about you and your creative freedom. There are no briefs or clients to consider. You have the opportunity to create Designs based on your own preferences and inspiration.
