  • What is a Season Pass?

    Redecor is divided into inspiring themed Seasons. To progress throughout the Season, you need to style and submit Designs, get XPs and level up. As you level up and hit Milestones, you could win rewards and get beautiful, not-for-sale Items with the Season Pass.

    Having a Season Pass also gives you access to more promotions, Designs and allows you a higher number of redesigns, not to mention so much more unique benefits. This added content actually gives you more opportunities to win and climb up the Designer Status ladder!

    What makes the Season Pass rewards exclusive? Once the Season Pass timer ends, these Items will not be available for unlocking anymore, but if you obtain them during the Season, they will stay in your inventory forever with a possibility to repurchase uses.

    A new Season starts for all players simultaneously, so there is always a common starting and ending date of the Season for everyone. And if you get the Season Pass after leveling up, you will retroactively receive all the previous rewards!

    If I get the Season Pass, do I get all the previous level rewards from that Season?

    Yes, you do! For example, if you are on level 10 when you purchase the Season Pass, you’ll get all the Season Pass rewards from level 1 until level 10. Of course, you’ll have access to the upcoming Season Pass Rewards as well!

    Do I lose all the Season Pass Items when the Season Pass ends?

    Great news! You will not lose any Tokens, Coins, or Items. The only thing that will change is that your level will be reset to 0, and you will have to purchase the new Season Pass to enjoy another run at a new Pass and all its benefits.

    What are Season Pass Designs?

    Season Pass purchase includes not only unique rewards and materials but also special Season Pass-themed Designs, which include valuable information, tips, and educational content about the Season Pass theme. These Season Pass challenges are only available for Season Pass holders.
