  • The app doesn’t work. What should I do?

    The most common reason why the app doesn’t work is a weak Internet connection. Please make sure your device is connected to the Internet. If this is not the case, try closing and reopening the app. Another possible reason is that you have an old version of the game. You can easily update Redecor from App Store / Google Play. If the problem persists, please contact us via email: support@redecor.com.

    Will I lose my designs and progress if I delete and reload the app?

    Please do not delete and reinstall the app if it’s not necessary. In case of a temporary glitch/error, closing and reopening the app and waiting for the app to fix itself is usually the best option. To minimize the possibility of losing your account, we strongly recommend playing with either the Game Center or Facebook being switched ON. Connect your game to the Game Center or Facebook from the game settings in the app. This also allows you to play on multiple devices using the same account🙌

    How can I get a Monetary Refund?

    Is it possible to sync the game on multiple devices?

    The game will be synced on all of your Apple iOS devices if you are using the same Game Center account. You can also sync the game on multiple devices through Facebook. Right now, we have these two methods for the sync-up, but we keep working and improving on these processes all the time.
