What are the different Design types on Redecor?
There are 4 types of Designs – Creative, Styled, Top-Notch, and Special Designs. Each one has a different completion reward, with bigger rewards for the more challenging Designs. Creative Designs are those with the widest range of items to choose from, and the least “demanding” clients and restrictions. Styled Designs are a bit more detailed, while Top Notch Designs are the most intricate ones.
How does voting work?
When submitting a Design, your room will go into voting in groups of 10 designs, against players in Designer Statuses that are close to yours. The ranking will be determined by the scores received from votes when compared to others in your voting group.
How Duels work
A Design Duel is another type of Design where you compete one-on-one against another Redecorator’s past Design. The chances to win are 50/50! The Design you’re up against is randomly selected from previous Designs other Redecorators have created and can even date a few Seasons back! The Design Duels don’t have briefs, the aim is to put your skills to the test one on one against another Redecorator. They’re a great chance to let your creativity run free.
What does it mean to redeem a Design Duel code?
Every Wednesday the Redecor team gives you a chance to duel against one of our very own team members!

Here’s how to redeem the code:
When you scroll through the Live Designs screen in the game, all the way down, you will see the “Redeem a Code” button. Just press that button, insert the code and have fun going one-on-one in a Duel against the Redecor team! The code features the same room for our Redecorators to duel, which is a great way to see how others have designed the same space as you while still enjoying the 50-50 odds of winning the duel.
What is “Designer Status”? What’s a “Safe Point”?
Designer Status is Redecor’s leveling system which gives you the success, rewards, and benefits you truly deserve. Your goal is to make it to the very top by reaching the Legend Designer Status!
You Rise Up in your Designer Status by creating beautiful Designs and getting Wins (Podium placements).
Your “Safe Point” is the shield icon in your Designer Status progression on your profile. Once you reach your Safe Point, your Designer Status is safe until the end of the Personal Timer.
The Designer Status Personal Timer will last 14 days every time. Your Personal Timer will start over after it ends or when you Rise Up to a new Designer Status.
If you fail to reach the safe point before your Timer ends, you will be demoted a rank – but no worries, you can always try again during the next cycle!
